New Biodolomer Substrate Debuts at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
Swedish biomaterials company Gaia Biomaterials developed a new biodolomer substrate made from natural minerals and vegetable oils. The material debuted at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on beer cups. The event marked the first time compostable bioplastic beer cups were used at a major global sports event.
